Permanent Database Resourcing Service:

Searching our current database for suitable applicants who are looking for a permanent position based on the client’s job specification.

Search and Selection:

Based on client criteria and investigative work, specialist consultants would compile a shortlist of potential candidates within the industry who would be appropriate for the client’s vacancy. Following client approval, confidential approaches would be made to gauge candidates’ interest and suitability. Once this has been established the candidates are referred to our client for appropriate interviews etc.

Advertising Selection:

CDM can also compose and co-ordinate advertising campaigns for client recruitment drives. The full service includes screening of applicants, conducting first line interviews and providing full consultation service at each step of the selection procedure.
