A highly specialist and expanding Facilities Management company which operates throughout the UK, is now seeking to appoint and experienced Maintenance Supervisor, to join their established team in London.
You will supervise a small but highly skilled maintenance team, which looks after clients in both the commercial and retail sectors throughout London.
You will be multi-skilled with an electrical bias (17th Edition) and have at least 2yrs supervisory experience and a minimum 5yrs experience within the maintenance industry.
Reporting directly to the companys senior manager you will help with the scheduling and planning of various maintenance works to be carried out. You will also be a key member in the company’s drive to nurture and develop its staff, so that with your experience and enthusiasm yourb team can be the best it can be.
