A national company specialising in providing a wide range of Hard & Soft FM services to corporate clients, are now seeking to appoint an experienced business to business BDM.
You will be based from home covering the south of England and you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the FM Sector.
You will be proactive in speaking with potential new clients and identifying when current FM contracts are up for renewal. Working with the companys bid team you will put together a competitive tender and get the business done.
You will be given complete autonomy to develop the business as you believe it should be and you will be given very achievable and realistic targets, which in turn will lead to a very simple but competitive commission.
You must have a proven and successful business development track record which is focused on new business opportunities. You must also be comfortable negotiating contracts with senior figures within a corporate environment.
