Job description

Our client who are a very successful multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to make the following hire in their Stoke on Trent office.

Archaeology and Heritage Consultant
Based within the Environmental Team the successful candidate would be expected to offer support to the Heritage Team through the preparation of specifically Desk Based Assessments and the contribution to Environmental Impact Assessments.
You will have a degree or higher education qualification in Archaeology or a related discipline. Applicants should be proficient in the use of GIS, be familiar with the use of data supplied by Historic Environment Records and possess excellent analytical and report writing skills. Whilst experience within the consultant sector would be desirable, recent graduates would be considered.
A full driving licence would also be a necessity as the successful candidate may be required to travel to undertake research and site visits UK wide.
