The company is a global market leader in the supply of airside ground support equipment to include; tug tractors, mobile stairs, fuel trucks, manlifts and company vehicles.
As a consequence of further planned growth a number of opportunities have arisen for ground support equipment engineers to join the team at its flagship Heathrow depot.
As a ground support equipment engineer you will be responsible for keeping planes, people and luggage moving.
Based at Heathrow you will attend equipment breakdowns and service and repair a full range of airside GSE.
You will be capable of diagnosing faults on both mechanical and electrical systems and you will also be responsible for preventative planned maintenance.
The successful ground support equipment engineer will have previous experience in the service and repair of heavy vehicles. Applicants with specific GSE experience will be at a distinct advantage but experience on the following will also be of interest; construction plant, agricultural equipment, heavy forklift trucks and commercial vehicles.
The role will involve working a rotating 4 on and 4 off shift pattern.
Once on board the successful ground support equipment engineer will receive first class manufacturers product training and there will be ongoing professional development support.

A base salary of up to £32,000pa is available, dependent on experience + extensive overtime opportunities + pension + healthcare + additional benefits.
