Recruitment Resourcer – Construction Trades
Full time, Permanent (Standard hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm)
Based: Hebburn, Tyne and Wear.
Basic Salary Range: £17,000 – £23,000 depending upon experience
+ Monthly performance Bonus + Subsidised iPhone
Holidays: 23.5 days + Bank Holidays + Additional day’s holiday for Birthday
+ Paid for Industry Recognised Qualifications & Training
+ Annual paid for work trips (2017: ibiza)

Our Construction Trades division services thousands of temporary opportunities each year for our portfolio of leading industry contractors and subcontractors operating in the Construction, Property, Civils, Housing, Public Sector, and M&E markets.
We’re looking to add a number of Resourcers to our team to enable us to take advantage of the high levels of activity we’ve experienced during 2017 – CDM’s most successful year to date.
Working alongside one of our highly experienced recruiters you will manage and develop our database of available candidates. Your role will be focussed on one specific market sector, providing you with the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge (or utilise your existing specialist knowledge). The role is often highly reactive – responding to both short lead times to fill urgent bookings as well as planning for longer term recruitment campaigns. Ensuring compliance of the highest levels and ensuring our clients and candidates experience the highest possible standards of service and communication.

You may already work within recruitment as a Resourcer or an Administrator but you want to work in an environment where your efforts will be recognised and appreciated. You may want to have the opportunity to progress within twelve months to a Recruitment Consultant position. Or perhaps you want to work with an employer who will invest in your long term development as a Resourcer in a real and meaningful way.
