How long have you worked for CDM?

9.5 years

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I get most satisfaction from doing all aspects of the role to a very high and ethical standard. Ensuring that the experience both candidates and clients receive. Is by far and away better than any other recruitment company they have worked with previously.

What interests do you have outside of work?

Pretty boring really, but I love going to the match with my mates (SAFC), playing drums in a band, going out on a Saturday night and recovering on a Sunday morning.

What was the last album you bought?

48:13 By Kasabian, love them.

What is your favourite film?

Carlito’s Way – Al Pacino

Gabrielle’s an Italians on the coast at Seaburn.

Describe your perfect weekend.

Perfect weekend for me is buying clothes on a Saturday morning, then meeting up with my mates at lunchtime for pre match drinks. Watching Sunderland win and then going out all night afterwards to celebrate.

Sunday would be a lie in/ very lazy morning, going out for Sunday lunch and then going for a walk along the beach, before heading home to settle in and watch a good film.

Which four people (living or dead) would you most like to dine with?

Keith Moon (Drummer out of The Who), Ernest Shackleton (Polar Explorer), Bernie Ecclestone (F1 Supremo) & Albert Ball (WW1 RAF Fighter Ace).

Do you have any guilty pleasures?

I’m partial to watching ‘chick flicks’ my life won’t be worth living now!!!

Who’s the most famous person you have met?

Ant & Dec – I used to work in a bar in Sunderland city centre, which was very close to the Sunderland Empire. They were starring in the pantomime and used to come in every day for their lunch, they were really good lads.

Tell us a fascinating fact about yourself.

I was in a police line-up, I wasn’t a suspect, I got paid £10 for taking part.

What do you enjoy most about working for CDM?

The company has a really strong ethical code which mirrors my own values and the directors really care about the people that work for them.
