I am working for a Durham based practice which has been established for over thirty years, a mix of general architecture and interior design, they work across most sectors including some really exciting local projects.

You will be joining a company that is big enough to tender for large projects
but not looking to be a big corporate machine and instead believe in individuality and personality coming through.

You will need to be a minimum of two years post qualification and a comfortable job runner. The practice is forward thinking and has a BIM team in place as such all of the work is done in Revit , so having a working knowledge of Revit would be very advantageous. This is an all round role which means you will need to be competent in design phases as well as job running and contract management.
