Job Description

Join our dynamic and energetic sales team as an Customer Service Account Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in taking orders and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Full training is provided, but prior experience in telesales and customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and process customer orders with precision and efficiency.
•Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries promptly.
•Contribute to a positive and lively sales environment.
•Adapt to changes and assist in the smooth transition of the branch relocation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
•1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Telephony, and Customer Service (preferred).
•Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
•Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Hours
Monday-Friday 9-5
