Job Description

We have a client, a Construction Company looking for an experienced Customer Service Technician to start ASAP.

You will be working in a customer service environment dealing with any customer queries and highlighting them to the relevant department.

You will be based at their offices in Team Valley, Gateshead.

•Logging queries onto the system and passing to the relevant department
•Performing data entry role
•General admin duties
•Working as part of a team
•Liaising with other departments

The person:
•Experience in General Administration
•Experience in handling queries
•Experience working in fast paced environment
•Work as part of a team
•Good listening and communication skills

The package:
•Salary dependent upon experience £9.50- £10 per hour
•8.30am- 4.30pm Monday to Friday
•Temporary – on going
