Field Service Engineer
Forklift Trucks and Materials Handling Equipment
Berkshire
£30,000pa-£34,000pa for a 40-hour week
+ vehicle + overtime + call out + benefits

The company is a leading national supplier of forklift trucks and related equipment and has multiple depots across the UK.
As a result of winning a major new national contract it is currently looking to grow its field service team in the Berkshire area,
As a field service engineer your main objective is to service and repair a range of mechanical and electrical materials handling equipment.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•Attending customer sites throughout Berkshire and the immediate surrounding area.
•Conducting fault diagnostics on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic plant systems.
•Performing reactive and proactive maintenance duties.
•Overseeing pre delivery inspections.
•Customer service.

The successful field service engineer will have previous experience in a similar position and will have worked on any of the following; forklift trucks, construction plant, agricultural machinery, municipal vehicles or specialist military vehicles or plant.
