£23,000pa-£24,500pa + benefits

The company is a high-profile global supplier of commercial vehicles to airports and is widely considered to be the market leader in its field.
As the aviation sector continues to bounce back a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a fleet coordinator to join the team at Heathrow Airport.
As a fleet coordinator you will play an integrally important part in keeping passengers and freight moving.
Working as part of a team, you will provide telephone support to customers with regards to fleet vehicle availability at the airport.

Your main duties will include:
•Answering queries from customers on fleet availability
•Resolving breakdowns and recovery of vehicles and equipment
•Providing status and progress updates to customers
•Giving customer feedback and resolving queries
•Assisting the communication between the customers and the company

The successful fleet coordinator will have previous experience in a similar position and will have a good understanding of the equipment hire process. Your previous experience may have been in; hire control, workshop administration, service control or rental administration.
You will also have excellent communication and customer service skills in addition to being proficient in the basic use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
