Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a permanent Gas engineer for our FM client for a role based in the East of Scotland. Working across multiple sites from North Berwick to Aberdeen. Willingness to travel and some stop overs expected. Van and fuel provided.

Qualifications:

• Commercial and Dom. tickets, inc. gas boosters, catering and IGE UP 1.
• Experience in Commercial sector – Min 4 yrs.
• CSCS Card
• PASMA
• IPAF
• Full driving Licence- Van will be provided
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred but not essential
• Asbestos awareness required but not essential as training can be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and repairs to Gas appliances including AHU’s, water heaters, Warm Air Heaters, Radiant tubes and boilers in commercial and industrial buildings.
• GAS PPM’s and maintenance, Testing and Purging,
• FM / Maintenance
• Installation/repair of heating pipework, pumps, water heaters, calorifiers
• Experience of crimping, soldering and pipework installations up to 4″
• Work with our Software system to take and receive jobs and submit job reports and surveys. Must happy using a tablet and competing test certs and paperwork.

Hours- 40 hours per week
Overtime + Benefits available
Salary – £40000 per annum
