We have a client based in Newton Aycliffe are looking for an experienced General Administrator to support their commercial and site teams.
The role will be office based and require experience in general administration along with stock control to deliver in the role. This is not essential but would be advantageous. Training will be provided by the client
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 16.30pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
•Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
•Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
•Performing data entry role, including updating records and databases for a small warehouse
•Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
