My client is a successful North East based Construction Company with a number of fantastic developments across a wide geographical area; they are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager / Field Sales Manager to join them in this new and exciting time if growth.

It is essential that you come from a strong Sales Management and Field Sales background whilst having worked in Construction or related industry, coupled with strong communication and relationship building skills
Many of your leads will come from customer enquiries; however there will be an element of cold calling to give you every capacity to grow existing accounts whilst developing new clients.
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar field based Sales role and must be comfortable travelling as part of the job
You will have excellent time management and Organisational skills reflective in your own diary management and completion of sales reports for each visit along with daily and weekly KPI statistics.
You will be hard working, ambitious and tenacious with the ability to build and develop strong business relationships.

My client can offer a basic salary of up to 35k per annum dependent on experience, car or car allowance, healthcare, pension and a strong bonus structure.
