Key Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth supplier delivery operations both inbound and outbound. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with the goods inward team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Providing regular updates to external stakeholders on delivery progress and estimated timescales.
• Coordinating with hauliers and transport companies to arrange and manage deliveries.
• Generating invoices and preparing essential export documentation.
• Working with purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identifying new suppliers and leveraging your negotiation skills to secure favourable terms.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following skills

• Proven experience in a logistics or purchasing role, demonstrating your ability to handle complex supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems to manage and track inventory, shipments, and supplier information.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word, enabling you to efficiently analyse data and generate
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to confidently interact with internal teams, external
stakeholders, and suppliers.
