Job Description

Experienced multi skilled operative required for busy client based Gateshead area.

£18.00- £20.00 per hour.

Duties will include building work on occupied residential property lets and holiday homes across Tyne and Wear and Northumberland areas.

General Maintenance to the properties will include joinery, basic plumbing, basic patching and painting work. Fitting kitchens, door hanging, pipe boxing ad repairs. External furniture, summer housing and decking.

Successful candidate must drive.

This is a temporary role which could lead to permanent work.
