Office Administrator

Job Description

The requirement is for an experienced Office Administrator to join a forward thinking, dynamic organisation based in Middlesbrough. Responsible for assisting the Property Development Department with day-to-day administrative duties and providing Secretarial support. Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful applicant must possess strong MS office and technical skills, in particular with Microsoft Word.
Duties will include: typing, compiling/formatting/proofing documents, filing, photocopying, taking telephone messages, meeting & greeting visitors to the department, minute taking as well as managing spreadsheets, word documents and other general office admin duties.

Previous experience working in a similar role is essential. Secretarial experience is preferred.

The candidate should have a minimum of Level 3 Business Admin NVQ and RSA typing qualification or equivalent is essential. Audio typing experience would be advantageous.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday Full Time

A salary of up to 20,000 will be offered to the right candidate taking into account the experience of the applicant.
