PDI Technician
Forklift Trucks and Materials Handling Equipment
Northampton
39 hours per week with an early finish on Friday
£25,000pa + overtime + benefits

The company is a global supplier of industrial vehicles and is one of the top 5 manufacturing organisations in the UK.
Due to further planned growth and excellent opportunity has arisen for a Pre delivery inspection technician to join the team at its flagship head office site in Northampton.

As a PDI engineer your main objective will be to prepare a range of forklifts trucks and related machines ready for sale or hire.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•Changing bulbs
•Changing water and oil filters
•Fitting tyres and basic components
•Fitting aftermarket parts
•Set up and configure various parts and components
•Conducting final checks on plant and equipment
•Performing minor repairs

The successful PDI technician will have previous experience in a similar position and a basic level of technical knowledge.
