In the role of Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in promoting and securing orders from our esteemed direct and indirect customer base. Your primary focus is to achieve maximum sales volume, profitability, and overall business growth. This position requires developing and expanding a new customer base while collaborating with various departments to enhance our market presence.
•Collaborate closely with the sales department to target potential clients.
•Elevate the company’s profile within Modern Methods of Construction
•Proactively identify new market and product opportunities through strategic business development activities to drive organic sales growth.
•Work in tandem with the Technical Team to guide and develop our approach.
•Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling brochures and merchandise.
•Attend industry events and roadshows to foster valuable networking opportunities.
•Ensure customers are consistently updated with relevant Price Lists, Catalogues, Samples, and Point of Sale materials.
•Foster the growth and training of a dynamic sales team.
•Bring experience within the steel framing system industry and an understanding of the load-bearing market or a similar background.
•Demonstrate a proven track record of winning projects with contractors/installers associated with the SFS market.
•Leverage strong industry contacts for added advantage.
•Showcase technical aptitude and the ability to adapt swiftly.
•Demonstrate the ability to hit the ground running with industry experience.
•Operate autonomously, with openness and honesty.
