Job Description

We are seeking a civils Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a well establish infrastructure sub-contractor based in Wakefield on a permanent basis.
The organisation directly employs over 150 members of staff and currently has a turnover in excess of 25 Million per annum. They mainly undertake sub-contract civil engineering packages to major contractors in the North East, Yorkshire and Humberside regions and there portfolio of works includes commercial & residential groundworks, roads & sewers, traffic management, surfacing, reinforced concrete basements, surveying, remediation and earthworks.
Candidate:
– Experience with NEC, JCT and bespoke civil engineering groundworks surveying
– Be at or approaching Senior level
– Have ambition to develop into a management position
– Experience with housing associated infrastructure preferred but not essential
The role will be mainly office based with site visits around the Yorkshire & Humberside area, overseeing projects up to 14m in value.
