Job Description

The successful candidate is required to manage a series of refurbishment projects. The projects cover a variety of projects across both the private and public sector. You will be working for an innovative, modern and forward-thinking business.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years site management experience with a proven track record of delivering refurbishment projects in the built environment and an ability to co-ordinate and manage all site-based work streams on their own accord in-line with the Programme of Works and with the guidance of our Project Management team. The candidate must hold a valid driving license and have the ability to travel at short notice.

•CSCS card
•Asbestos Awareness

Experience The successful Candidate will:
•Ensure the delivery of projects within time scales and quality specified
•Good working knowledge of construction
•Have experience managing sites under F10
•Up to date knowledge of CDM regulations covering all aspects of H&S
•Fully IT literate in MS office particularly Excel
•Focus on motivation of the workforce on a day-to-day basis
•Focus on quality, customer service and delivery
•Ensure Client customer satisfaction
•Manage contractor/company liaison
