Job Description

Finance Co ordinator

Avid is currently upgrading from Sage Line 50 and Sage Manufacturing to Sage 200 and require support to carry out the following tasks:

Export of Bills of Materials (BoMs) from Sage Line 50 to Excel
Checking that BoM records are complete and accurate with no obsolescence, extended lead times or price changes
Organising and/or carrying out timings of builds and set ups and inputting these into sage
Preparation of BoMs for upload to Sage 200
Assisting with part numbering updates and movement of stock on Sage
Backfilling new part numbers into relevant software packages
Ensuring accuracy of information
Ensuring consistency of records
Liaising between engineering, administration and finance teams
Taking ownership of the project and responsibility for meeting the tight project deadlines
Keeping all stakeholders informed on the status of the project and raising any issues or obstacles promptly to the relevant teams.
