Job Description

Our client, a regional House Building Contractor are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their existing team. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start in Middlesbrough.

The project will involve managing a medium sized new build residential scheme starting ASAP.

Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have relevant new build residential experience.

Candidate Profile:
•SMSTS
•CSCS card
•1st Aid
•Willing to work weekends if required
•Extensive experience in new build projects
